Return and Cancellation Policy

You can make a return by replacing the order with some other order, with the bill value of the new order being either equivalent or higher than the current value of the goods returned. You can return the order within 15 days from the date of order delivered. For cancellation you can drop a mail or can speak with us on given number. Process of order cancellation will be valid for 5-7 days from the date of order.

Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags that they are shipped with. In case if the package delivered to you is broken/damaged/unsealed, please do not accept the package.

Return would be acceptable if:

  • The item delivered was damaged
  • The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase
  • The item ordered does not fit to size

Item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. xyz.com  will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.

Refunds are made as follows:

  • If the mode of payment was cash, the refund will be made through NEFT transaction within 7-10 working days
  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card or via net banking, the amount would be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. (Payment Gateway)

In case of replacement, the bill value should be either equivalent or higher than the current value of the goods returned.
